1938 Gown. Bust 102 or 114 cm (40" or 45"). PDF
This is an evening gown pattern from the late 1930s. This elegant gown features a V-neckline and decorative lace detailing. The neckline is framed by lace panels that extend over the bust towards the waist. The matching lace drapes from the ends of the fitted, elbow-length sleeves. The slim-fitting skirt has a small train at the back. The main skirt pieces are cut straight across the grain. The different panels of this design allow for many interesting ways to style the gown to suit your personal taste.
