1936 Dress. Bust 96 cm (38")
This is a stylish afternoon dress pattern from 1936. The skirt features a centre front pleat and a short slit at the back of the hem. The lines of stitching that decorate the front and ends of the sleeves strongly define the dress. These lines continue onto the back of the bodice and underneath the raglan sleeve seams. The lines can be sewn as small tucks or embellished with soutache threads or thick topstitching in a contrasting colour.
