1930s Men's shirt. Neck size: 39 cm (15.4"). PDF.
Also available as a printed PAPER pattern
This is a men's business shirt from the mid-1930s. The front of the shirt is cut as one piece, with the placket folded and stitched to create the buttoned opening along the centre line. This creates a small pleat below the buttons, meaning the two sides of the front are not separate, as they are in more 'modern' shirts. The shirt tails are approximately 75–85 cm long. The collar is stitched to a collar stand, i.e. it is not separate or buttoned on.
Available in three original sizes.
