A long wool coat from 1934 with a button-on cape. It is embellished with simple but striking topstitching that matches on the pockets, the back yoke and the ends of the sleeves. The back has a centre seam and the front buttons over onto the left side. It is slim line and elegant; it was originally described as being made from flecked wool and the cape could also be made from a contrasting fur.
