Vintage pattern magazine galleries

Enjoy visiting past fashion eras within the magazines from our collection. Designs from these editions are available on request. If you see a design that you would like to have traced (as a PDF or paper pattern), here is what you need to do.

Please note the year, the magazine number (marked in red on the top left corner of each magazine's title page) and the design's number, or make a screenshot.

Then use the 'In Search Of' contact form, or send an email to: [email protected]

What size is the pattern available in?

Garment sizes are most often written as small underlined numbers near the model. They usually represent the bust or chest size in centimeters.

In Vobachs magazines the bust and chest sizes are coded from 'Gr 0' to 'Gr V1'. These represent a range of sizes from 88 cm (34.6") to 120 cm (47"). The size table of each magazine is included in the galleries. There is no standard size table, they differ by magazine and by year.
