1941 Dress. Bust 96 cm (37.8"). PDF pattern.
Also available as a printed PAPER pattern
This afternoon dress is styled in the form of a jacket and features large pockets. The high neckline, buttons and small decorative belt make the front of the dress interesting and stylish! With some pattern adjustments and extra facings, this dress could be made into a separate skirt and top suit.
The front side panels feature large pockets that sit on top of the skirt. This design is specific to the late 1930s and early 1940s, so I am presenting the pattern in its original form for experienced dressmakers to style and interpret.
