1937 Coat. Bust 96 cm (37.8"). PDF
Also available as a printed PAPER pattern
This is a coat pattern from 1937. It is the decorative lines that make this design so impressive. They could be embellished with topstitching, soutache, padded channels, or anything else your creative mind can conceive. Bringing this design to its best requires attention to detail, but that's why you chose this design, right? The back is also elaborate, with three panels that are ideal for decoration and provide extra lines to ensure the perfect fit. The original drawings show a fur collar, but a luxurious velvet would also look and feel glamorous.
