1939 Waistcoat. Bust 102 cm (40"). PDF pattern.
Also available as a printed PAPER pattern
This is a simple and yet timeless design.
The princess-lines, which join the armholes, shape the front bust and waistline. These lines provide opportunities to fine-tune the fit. The neckline has a simple faced edge that folds back to form a collar. The original sketch shows how striking the design can look when made from traditional checks and tweeds cut on the bias grain.
For these body measurements:
Bust | Waist | Hip |
