1951 Blouse. Bust 96 cm (37.8")
Also available as a PDF pattern
This is a chic blouse from the early 1950s. It was originally described
as being made from lace and intended for late afternoon wear. The high
standing collar is a variation of a rever or roll collar, where the
facing forms the main structure. The eye-catching triangular cut-out on
the front is edged with a narrow binding, and the left side seam has an
in-seam closure. The blouse has simple, short, cut-on sleeves.
