Also available as a PDF pattern
In the late 1920s, these were a unique new style of sports trouser for women. Designed especially for walking and skiing, they incorporated the increasing range of zippers that were beginning to to be available at the time. The back of the trouser leg is split into two sections, with the lower part joining the sides with a zipper that extends to the ankle. The side seams and pockets also feature zippers. An elasticised stirrup holds the lower legs of the trousers in place.
