A long elegant evening coat from 1938. A beautiful gown requires a simple yet stunning evening coat for the journey to the ball. A long evening coat also needs to be elegant and eye catching in its own right too!  

This full length coat has a button-front and also features a centre back seam, which provides the opportunity to shape the coat nicely on the body. The collar and the ends of the sleeves are pictured originally in fur, but alternatives such as contrasting velvet, or embellishing these pieces with unique beading or custom embroidery would also be lovely.

The simple lines make this a very versatile design, which can easily be made as a chic shorter coat too.
